Embracing the Divine Times Collective (DTC) values of community, collaboration, and connection, DTC is grounded in The Pan-African Festival of Algiers in 1969's tagline “culture in the service of liberation and unity”. Our mission is to reconnect individuals to nature and each other through cultural exchange and inner-child connecting practices. We connect with local and international organizations throughout the diaspora to create third spaces of rest, play, and creativity that center black and especially queer individuals from all throughout the diaspora.
